Ordering Information
Orders can be placed via our website, this service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also telephone us at (91270043 or 97286900) to place your order between 9am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery is normally within 1 or 2 days of receipt of order. We do try to ensure that we have a good stock of all products but from time to time some goods sell faster than we can anticipate. If the item you order is out of stock we will do our best to get it for you as soon as possible. If this is not possible, we will cancel your order immediately and inform you.
Order Confirmation
When you have successfully placed your order, you'll be sent an email with your order details.
Cancellation of Order
Email us at topaz_muz@yahoo.com to cancel your order(s). Order will be cancelled if no payment is made and/or delivery cannot be arranged (at no fault of www.izzulbabygift.com) within 2 days from confirmation of order.
Exchange
If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from our online store (not due to any manufacturer’s defect), you can return it in its original packaging and condition within 3 days of receipt for an exchange.
Refund
All goods sold are non-refundable.
Returns
Kindly note that there is strictly no returns after the product is sold unless it is a manufacturer's defect. Kindly inform us of the defect within 3 days from receipt.
Options for Exchange/Returns
- By Courier: We'll send our delivery guy to do a one-for-one exchange at a charge of S$10.
- Self collect: Email us at topaz_muz@yahoo.com to make arrangements to do a one-for-one exchange.
Use of Discount Vouchers
Discount vouchers must be presented to the delivery man upon delivery.

- Sale, discounted (e.g. bulk discounts) or promotional items are not entitled for refunds, returns and exchange.
